Welcome to Pre Free Fantasy ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Pre Free Fantasy.

1. About Pre Free Fantasy

Pre Free Fantasy is a 100% free, skill-based fantasy cricket platform designed for entertainment and skill development. Our Platform allows users to:

• Create virtual cricket teams using real players
• Participate in fantasy contests based on live cricket matches
• Compete with other users on leaderboards
• Test cricket knowledge and strategic thinking

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.4 Account Restrictions

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use Pre Free Fantasy, you must create an account by providing:

• Full name
• Valid email address
• Mobile number
• Date of birth
• State/location
• Username and password

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in account suspension or termination.

3.4 Account Verification

We reserve the right to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. You may be required to provide government-issued identification or other documentation.

Failure to provide verification when requested may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Platform Use

4.1 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Create multiple accounts or share your account with others
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the Platform
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Platform's security
• Manipulate contests, collude with other users, or engage in cheating
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or servers
• Use the Platform to distribute spam, viruses, or malicious code

4.3 Fantasy Cricket Gameplay

How It Works:

• You create fantasy cricket teams by selecting real players from upcoming matches
• Each player has a credit value, and you have a budget of 100 credits
• You must follow team composition rules (wicketkeepers, batsmen, all-rounders, bowlers)
• You select a captain (2x points) and vice-captain (1.5x points)
• Your team earns points based on real-life player performance in the match
• The highest-scoring teams rank on the leaderboard

Rules:

• Teams must be submitted before the match deadline (usually when the match starts)
• Once the deadline passes, teams are locked and cannot be edited
• If a player in your team doesn't play, they score 0 points
• Scoring is based on official cricket statistics from trusted sources
• Points are updated in real-time during the match

4.4 Contests

Types of Contests:

• Public Contests: Open to all users
• Private Contests: Created by users and shared with friends
• Head-to-Head: Compete against one other user
• Practice Contests: For beginners to learn

Contest Rules:

• All contests are 100% free with no entry fees
• Winners are determined by total points scored
• In case of a tie, tiebreakers apply (team created earlier, higher captain points, etc.)
• There are no cash prizes or monetary rewards
• Winners earn bragging rights, leaderboard rankings, and badges

4.5 Fair Play

Pre Free Fantasy is committed to fair play and integrity. We have systems in place to detect and prevent:

• Cheating and manipulation
• Collusion between users
• Use of insider information
• Exploitation of bugs or glitches

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, code, and design) are owned by Pre Free Fantasy or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Trademarks

"Pre Free Fantasy," our logo, and other marks are trademarks of Pre Free Fantasy. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

5.3 User Content

By submitting content to the Platform (e.g., team names, profile information, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or free from errors, bugs, or technical issues. We may suspend or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Discontinuation of the Platform

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

8.3 Dispute Resolution Process

Step 1: Contact us at support@prefreefantasy.com to resolve the dispute informally.

Step 2: If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, you may pursue legal remedies in accordance with Indian law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date.

How We Notify You:

• We will post the updated Terms on this page
• For significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform
• Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and terminate your account.
